TerraMD is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and highly organized individual with excellent English and Hindi proficiency to join our team as a Patient Care Coordinator and Administrative Assistant. The successful candidate will have a passion for both yoga and spirituality, and will be responsible for coordinating appointments between our practitioners and patients, as well as assisting in various clerical tasks. Responsibilities


  1. Coordinate appointments between practitioners and patients, ensuring timely and accurate scheduling.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service to patients via phone, email, and in-person interactions in both English and Hindi, addressing any concerns and answering questions about our services.
  3. Assist in the management of patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  4. Support the administrative team in various clerical tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  5. Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area for patients and visitors.
  6. Collaborate with the team to optimize patient care and streamline administrative processes.
  7. Attend and participate in regular team meetings and training sessions.
  8. Promote and exemplify the company's values, including compassion, empathy, and a dedication to wellness practices such as yoga and Ayurveda.


Must Have


  1. 12 years school or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Fluent in both English and Hindi, with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  4. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  5. Familiarity with yoga and spirituality, with a genuine passion for holistic wellness.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
  7. Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
  8. Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
