Project Manager and Quality Control Specialist
TerraMD/Yogamu, a leading integrative medicine, university, and IT holding group, is seeking an experienced, highly motivated Project Manager and Quality Control Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, quality control, and a passion for driving innovation and excellence across our diverse portfolio of businesses.
Responsibilities
• Conduct patient consultations and assess their health concerns.
• Perform screening and diagnostic tests to identify health issues.
• Provide comfort and reassurance to anxious and distressed patients.
• Collaborate with senior doctors and physicians to administer or recommend appropriate treatments.
• Educate patients about the purpose and benefits of each treatment
• Document and maintain accurate patient records after each consultation
• Monitor and evaluate treatment outcomes and adjust approach as necessary.
• Engage in live rounds and consultations with patients as part of the learning experience.
Responsibilities
• Manage complex, cross-functional projects across our integrative medicine, university, and IT divisions,
ensuring timely delivery, scope adherence, and budget control
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and documentation to track project
progress and ensure clear communication among stakeholders
• Implement quality control and assurance processes, including monitoring and analyzing key performance
indicators (KPIs) to ensure project objectives are met
• Collaborate with division leaders to establish and maintain project and quality standards, best practices,
and continuous improvement initiatives
• Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies to minimize potential project disruptions
• Coordinate and lead project and quality review meetings, presenting progress updates, challenges, and
recommendations to stakeholders
• Mentor and support team members in their understanding and implementation of project management
and quality control methodologies
Must Have
•Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, IT, or a related .field
•Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects
•Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is highly desirable
•Experience in quality control and assurance, with a preference for candidates holding Lean Six Sigma or ISO 9001 certifications
•Familiarity with the integrative medicine, higher education, and IT industries
•Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

•Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail
Proficiency in project management software (e.g„ Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana) and Microsoft Office Suite
